Just over four months ago, I joined the customer service team at American Profit Recovery. I was immediately impressed by the warmth and helpfulness of my colleagues – I’ve enjoyed getting to know them and learning from them, and it’s easy to see why they get such great reviews from our clients.
As someone who is new to the collections industry and new to customer service, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started, other than that it would be unique compared to any work I had done before. But I love learning, and that’s one of the most exciting things about working here at American Profit Recovery.
I learned more than I thought possible in those initial weeks, and four months in I continue to learn something new every day, whether it be about billing, client industries, software functionality, or professional skills. It’s even more rewarding to be able to apply these newly acquired skills to assist a client or answer their questions.
As I enter my fifth month at American Profit Recovery, I look forward to continuing to learn new things and getting to know our clients better.
