Administrative Appreciation Day is coming up, April 26^th to be exact, and being a member of the Admin team myself at this collection agency I know that this day is one that our team looks forward to. Each year on this day the entire Admin team is taken out to lunch by the owners. This not only allows some time for team bonding but it also lets us know that our work is valued. Every year at American Profit Recovery we seem to take Halloween to a level unmatched by other collection agencies.  I know others in the collection industry and when I speak with they don’t even mention Halloween parties.  Not only did we have a potluck with so much great food that I did not eat dinner last night.  We will be eating leftovers throughout the rest of the week.

The Fall has always been my favorite time of the year. I love the cool nights and warm days of Autumn in the Midwest. The return of Michigan football after nine long months brings back memories of Saturday tailgates long ago with my Dad, and the promise of passing on those traditions to my kids (Go Blue!).
