A client is born. Then what?

I am in sales here at American Profit Recovery and have been for over nine years. I know our product left and right and convey our innovative debt recovery services to a host of businesses daily. A new client comes on board. Then what? Well – that’s where we differ from other collection agencies, as several departments immediately go into their work strategies. Beginning with swift administrative processing of the new clients “boarding process”.

Then American Profit Recovery’s customer service team begins their new client training regimen concluding with scheduling and conducting a full on line training of all parties involved. All the while our IT department stands ready at all times to be of service as needed or required. Last but never least, all the professional Tier ll collectors are ready to make contact with consumers with both dignity and respect at all times.

A never ending cycle here at APR from sales all the way up to the ownership. Good stuff for our clients and all I did was bring them on board. (well maybe I did a little more than that…)
